What is your standard shipping policy?

We offer standard ground shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-tailored items and final sale products are not eligible for return.

Do you offer complimentary gift wrapping?

Yes, we are happy to provide our signature M. Dumas and Sons gift wrapping for any purchase. You can select this option during the checkout process or request it in-store.

Can I have items tailored if I purchase them online?

While we provide expert in-house tailoring at our King Street location, online purchases must be brought into the store for fittings to ensure the perfect transition. We do not offer remote tailoring services at this time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payment options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor your package's progress.
